Hi Lee, the one word "wow" is on the price or environment?? The project site is on hill top and it is breezy. Nice area for staying and retire, but only for those who have $$$$ and not the average joe, me included.
When not meeting client, one of my favourite pasttime is to visit developer's new launching showhouse. Many times taken aback by the creativity of the interior designer. Silently say 'wow, wow, wow'
