Hi Cheryl, nice apartment....looks cozy too. Love that view of the swimming pool....looks like investing in a pair of binoculars or a telescope might be in order if staying here. Should have interesting scenes on weekends.
The location does not register on my radar.
Which part of KL is this?
The KL I knew was not like this when I was around.
You sure have a very steady clientele with their properties for your attention.
Very spacious too.
What about maintenance fees?
Have a nice day.
Lee.
Hi Lee,
This condo is not at downtown KL. It is at seri kembangan. Should you come from KL using Sg Besi road, Serdang is on the right side of the high way, the mines shopping mall & heritage is on the left side.
The maintenance fee for this unit is RM395.55 (27 cent psf) per month including sinking fund. Most of my listings are from repeat customer & referral.
Majority of the residents there are foreigners.
Thank you for dropping by and a great day ahead
Cheryl
Hi Cheryl, regret lost touch with KL.....as all new buildings, my time rubber estates or tin mines.
I do remember Sg, Besi, old airport was there, when I flew for the first time, to England.
Serdang, yes, lots of oil palm estates too I remember. There's an Agricultural college there if my memory serves me right.
Lee.
Hi Lee,
The agricultural college you refer to is known as UPM (universiti pertanian malaysia). It is about 6-7 km away from The Heritage / The Mines. The latter is nearer to downtown K,L.
You stay well
Cheryl
