Hi Cheryl, how you doin'? I am very impressed with your work, very varied too. Going back to your previous posting re that house, and having been away 26 years, cannot help but notice those window bars or grills, gate, door too.
I get mail from friends moving to gated communities stating their obvious reasons.

I still can remember Kajang, but in the 70s...yes, that long ago when used to go there at nights for satay beside that big padang.
I guess Kajang will be beyond my recognition now.
I can just imagine you clocking up milage taking prospective clients for a showing.
You keep well, have a nice day.
Lee.

Hi Lee, thank you for dropping by.

It is norm here to see houses fitted with grills even in those so called gated & guarded communities. On reflection I think I have more freedom when I have less, growing up in a estate, owned by Guthrie where our quarter with no grills/fencing is often left unlock, hahaha, nothing for the thief to steal !

Kajang main town is still very much the same as the late 70s, when I first moved here. The police station, kajang hospital still there as well as the famous kajang satay haji samsuri. The big padang is now known as kajang stadium.

Lee, I love my current job as a property negotiator. My working hours is flexible and I get "paid" to yam cha, meet new friend / client and often get invited to their house, open house and wedding. I clock minimum milage, handling secondary market / local clients. I am very lucky, most of the time, my client say " arrange the time at your convenience". I dont handle "my second home" market, where the realtor is expected to pick the prospect from the hotel, then drive them around, knowing my own weakness, poor driving skill.

You stay well, and good day to you
Cheryl
