With our Canadian currency, its cheap.
Its a pity all homes with steel gates, window grills....

This property is still selling. This is a semi detached house with about 11 ft land at the side and about 10 ft land at the back. It is the norm here, opennings are fitted with grill. the subject property is at bandar sg long, a self-sufficient township, primary / secondary school, UTAR college are only about 10-15 minutes drive away (about 3-4 km)

2 weeks ago a mansion was sold where I am for $6 million!
We see in paper ads houses going for $3 million up. All with 5 to 7 car garages.
Oh well...if can afford why not.

Gong Xi Fa Cai. Nowaday, property in strategic location cost a bomb. In down town KL, the current going price for condominium is in the range of 1K-2k psf... Anyway I am an uptown realtor, the price in where I am, you still can get a nice bungalow about 6-7k sq ft land for slightly above RM2 million... convert to canadian dollar, cheap cheap only.
