Crime that bad, huh? Many of my friends have experienced being mugged, losing handbags, cars, TV, computers, h/phones etc.
Anyway, nice home...
Cheryl, this out of curiosity...should there be a house that is for sale and known to have certain happenings at night....is there a law there to say this must be mentioned to prospective clients?
There is, where I am. After several court cases of new owners experiencing unusual night time noises and screams.

The current trend here is gated n guarded. Whether this is due to rising crime rate, that will be another story.
It is not a must to disclose history of house but not mispresentation facts.
