I counted my fingers, its about Canadian $230,000. Cheap!
We have a lot of housing realtors marketing Canadian or Toronto homes in HK and China, and those from China whose trees bear money buy at sight unseen too. Just visual from brochures.
We have a huge population of Chinese here in Toronto, and the second language is Chinese.
