Hi Cheryl, wow! One more time, WOW!
Can I come and view? Ha ha ha.
And to think I used to live in Ampang area too. It was my playground school days....Ulu Klang, the Zoo area, that big limestone hills....
Used to race with our bicycles from Ampang road via Ulu Klang and out at Setapak. Those days all jungle and rubber estates.
Just like Damasara heights....
Used to bring SYTs up the hill there at nights too....

Never had the foresight that one day these places worth their weight in gold too. Oh well...
Have a great week, keep well.
Lee.

Hi again, Cheryl, I lupa enquire about your kind of work.....One must have the proper credentials to do this?
In Canada, yes....
Incidentally, is there a home inspector, private, I mean and certified, who can inspect the homes prior signing on the dotted line?
And ha ha, where I am, it is mandatory whoever selling the house must mention if there's 'night visitors' or unearthly noises.
Or else, owner, realtor can be sued later. It has happened.

Lots of ex-Malaysians doing well here selling homes here. Competing with those from HK, China and the orang putehs.
Have a nice day.
Lee.

hahaha, yes Lee, it is my pleasure to arrange viewing for you.

Many people never expect that property prices shot up like "rocket" last 2-3 years.

Thank you for dropping by & ceria selalu....chery;

Hi Lee, in facebook profile, my job description is "one leg kick". Anyone can be a negotiator so long one is attached to a registered agency which is under the purview of the ministry of finance.

The different between a negotiator (staff) and principal (owner of agency) is the latter has to be qualified (pass the real estate exam) and a holder of 'E" license issued by the real estate board, and renewable yearly.

No, it is not mandatory to disclose history of house, buyer beware. Signing on dotted line is on "willing buyer willing seller" term on "as is where is" basis. There is no "home inspector" job in malaysia.

I joined the industry in 2003, the year "real estate association" carried out an exercise to register / certify all negotiators to flush out "bad apples" but unfortunately the association is weak and till today they are still lots of "bad apples" putting up signage on tree / lamp post... etc. I m a certified negotiator, my number is CREN 630. ... this number carry no weight. It is the "E" number that elude me and decided not to pursue anymore

Salam ceria ... Cheryl

To my knowledge, you will be sued for misrepresentation and NOT non-disclosure. Even for auction properties by high court, it is stated in the "condition of sale" that prospective bidder to do a "search" on the subject property
